Nokia 3230 and animated wallpapers

Hi does anyone here use a Nokia 3230.....the Nokia site claims that this phone can have animated wallpapers and screesavers (if I'm not wrong) but despite lot of efforts i could not figure out how to set them on my piece. If anyone has had the same problem and solved it please reply.
