Hey, I just added a new php script to keep people from hotlinking to my video page. Basically, the loading page (the one were i put ad's) sets a cookie, then re-direct to pre-video page. In the pre-video page, it uses a php funtion to include the real video page if it gets the cookie i set. If it dosn't, you get an error page.

I have been testing it and found that it dosn't work in older browsers. So I made a direct access script which they can use to go to the webpage without a cookie.

I'm paying anyone 5$frih per test. I need the tester to use the oldest browser that they have, and the current browser that they have. Tell me if it works! Please post a screenshot in your post and tell if it works or not, pros/cons and post the browser/browsers that you use. The script is accessed by going to http://www.sk8te.uk.to and clickning watch videos on the top banner.

For every browser that you use (and include screenshot) I will pay $5 frih
EDIT: To clarify, i need you to tell me if it re-direct to video page or not, and if you get an error

wouldn't using a .htacess file be easier then using cookies? This is for regular hotlinking though, and I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to do.

I'm not trying to keep people from hotlinking a file (is .flv so they can download it if they want, but they'll never figure out HOW to use it) I'm trying to make it so people dont point directly to my video page, without viewing my ad's. The ad's bring in traffic, if people aren't viewing the ad's, then i loose traffic.

I dont care about hotlinking cuz u cant do anything with the files anyway, you need php to parse them
