Not sure, i've never encoutered that issue, check your firewall etc, and give it time to propogate properly.
http://www.frihost.net/cpanel/ is working correctly for me. Like Maka said the issue that most commenly creates this problem, is your firewall does not allow traffic thru port 2082.
So, is there a way to access cpanel through port 80 somehow?
This happens when your ISP has blocked access to port 2082.
Please contact your ISP customer support and tell them about your problem. Ask them to open port 2082
If needed, give them the frihost cpanel url so that they understand.
a cgi proxy like this will redirect the traffic to port 80.
should work for those who can't access cPanel due to the reasons above.
I'm having the same problem - I allowed port 2082 and tried that CGI proxy, neither worked. I can't connect to any kind of administrator login. Should I just wait longer or is there something else I should try?
Above link gives me not found error...and btw I noticed you are back to my fav' avatar
