Well I don't use dreamweaver, so I really can't tell you which details you need to give. I'm sure there are a few other people using it though, so maybe they can help.

Anyway, which details do they ask?

Use the wizard!
Name - anything you want, its on your PC this part so it doesnt matter
Site URL - should be obvious (you.frih.net)

Server technology? - if you dont want php or anythign else apart from html click 'no' otherwise choose yes then the language you want.

editing files - I suggest you edit locally and then upload (middle option).
Store files - choose a folder on your PC

How do you connect? - FTP
Hostname - you.frih.net
Folder - leave empty to access everywhere otherwise public_html
Login - your username
Password - your password

URL to browse - http://you.frih.net

enable check in? - up to you. if pothers use ftp, enable it.

Your account details (username etc) can be found on your account page and password in the email and PM sent to you.

Use dreamweaver for the design and use a ftp client to connect and transfer files here.
