I'm looking for a Terms of Service template for my website, visitors can upload files and comment on them etc so I need to state that porographic content, illigal content copyrighted content etc isn't allowed. This should be according to UK and international law.
I've had a look at some ToS pages from some similar websites but I don't have a clue when ti comes to legal issues.
