I want YOU to make a really good logo for my site(check out my sig).
It should, of course, fit the design and look good.
Keywords: Gaming stuff.. like characters, veichles, cool looking computers etc..

with that in mind:
format is a png with a transparent backgruond.... Last time i checked, pngs don't work that well in IE, so below is a jpg.
that's a logo, something simple, easy to remember and print if necessary.
now if you wanted an image header, I can prob do that too...
and oh btw, colors can be changed.

Yeah this my simple i can edit the Font,Color Levels etc...Everything if you want..I think the font isn't good enough but i don't know what are you like and if you want i can put a background of text....

Second attempt - I WAY prefer this one...however its your choice!
BTW: I have the original layered artwork for you if you want it - i dont use photoshop, but i think the gimp (my prefered imaging software) can save as .psd. No promises though - you may have to get gimp if you want to be able to modify the iamges yourself

Its seams like he has accepted your logo for now...and maybe wants a REALLY good one...or something...not that im saying your isnt really good...im just saying...it seams like he wants more logo´s!

It should be clean, but the logo itself should also convince other that this is a site about game reviews. That's why I ask for various pictures in the background.
I designed it "on" a printscreen of your page - it fits in!
however if what you want is the background from the page to be visible in the banner then i can do that i guess..
Pictures...the problem is that the more pictures i include the more "unclean" the design will appear...i will do my best to make it "smooth" however no promises...
Attempt 4 and 5.
I dont really like these myself...all of the "ellegance" from the design from before has dissapeared in the first one, and the second one isnt really an improvement as it doesnt have anytihng to do with gaming...
It must be said however that i think its quite a task your giving me - keep it simple like it is...but add some photo's! - thats almost a contradiction and very hard to do! (no offence)
The lightning background can sort of be merged with your background, however once again i feel it looses some of its smoothness...
Further feedback needed!

(Took me forever to find out where I could get a mosaic pattern. I actually had to use Photoshop to get it (I use fireworks.) *sigh* (I cannot use photoshop for peanuts.)

The background to my third attempt (the only one you sort of liked ) fits pretty well with the page so im gonna try to rebuild that image to fit a gamers graphic of some sort...

I love "customers" (i know your not one, but you could be) who are perfectionist...it helps me improve as a designer and i love the feeling of getting RIGHT to the bottom of a design issue...

The one I posted so others could use was a direct replication of that used in the current logo.

REALLY clean design...and fits (better) with your background than my previous lightening background
EDIT: I LOVE this one myself...one of the best pieces of graphics i have ever done IMO
EDIT 2: Just noticed its 2 pixels to small (width)...really confused, seen as i designed it in the header box from the page...i can change it if its a problem

The lower line lost it's black base color for some reason, i'll fix that later.
BTW, those "dots" under the text(in your logo) don't really look well with the font. The font would fit if the site's name was "Allakazam", "Aladdin's reviews" or any Genie stuff like that

Make a new layer, make it extend as a Motion Sequence for all frames and make sure it is on top. Then make a movie clip symbol and insert it into the frame. Make sure it is in top left (0, 0).
