Ray Bradbury - The Martian Chronicles

fiendskull9
Well,

a little story for you all

last month i was in a hurry at school, and just checked out The Martian Chronicles by Ray Bradbury.

after reading maybe 20 or 30 pages, i stopped and lost the book....

like 4-5 months later at *cough*Saturday School*cough* i found it hidden in a backpack pocket, so i whipped it out and began to continue from my bookmark, and i fell in love with it!

its a large book with small print, maybe 180-260 pages long

even if you arent a science fiction fan (this is OLD sci-fi) then you will still like it

just get through the first 30-40 pages, and its great.

Ray Bradbury is a unique voice in the world of Science Fiction, with a very interesting vision. Be sure, also, to read Fahrenheit 451 (the anti-utopian book - not to be confused with the anti-documentary that changed the number in the title to 911), The Illustrated Man, and Something Wicked This Way Comes (which WAS the actual basis for a movie in 1983).
