i don't think it is possible to rip any content in the scratched Cds because the data was lost.
You can use Clone CD or Clone DVD.
Actually one of my CDs could not be read by the CD reader due to some damn fact
I mounted it on Clone CD and read from it, the data was intact as well
This can probably be classified under not-so-legal-ware. But you have to get it from some other places, they have stopped production
Try the same using any other mountable drives
