Do anyone know how to make tables collapse ??

Like in VB and IPB .. When someone click the plus sign the table collapses and only the header row is still ..

I think it is done by using Java .. But What is the code ??

I tried some things but it all did not work correctly with IE and firefox together !!

If any one know how is this done or at least where can I learn how this thing is performed .. Please reply.
