Alcohol 120% and Daemon Tools 
what i mean is programs which can open the iso files back in the form of files and folders which can be directly accessed without burning them to cds.eg-winiso but it is not free and cannot open large files

WinRar will open ISO files like a normal folder and you can also extract it

its what i use... and daemon tools is good too from what i hear... ive never used it but.... i think its like alc 120% it will give u virtual drives

I use magicISO. Works well for me

Diamon Tools is best and free, also removes some copywright protection!
And since you have Nero, you should have nero image drive, that does the job.
