What forums are you using? If you're using phpbb edit over_header.tpl to add the ads.

That is overall_header.tpl and overall_footer.tpl
located usually at templates/subsilver inside the main forum folder

I installed the inline ad mod on my forum successfully but I am unable to view the ads/banner.
And no help is available on the phpbb site.
I have made the following settings:
Display Ad After x2 Post:
Display Ad Every x Post:
Display Style: Ad looks like a special user postAd falls inline with the topic
Display Ads To: AllRegistered UsersGuests
Exclude These Groups (List by comma-seperated group ID):
Exclude These Forums (List by comma-seperated forum ID):
Do not display if user has more than x posts (Leave blank to disable):
Where am I doing it wrong?

if that is your site in your sig i can see the ads fine 
I worked out the problem. There was a conflict in running the banner and google adsense simultaneously.
I removed the banner and now it is working fine.
