My cat is crazy well why you ask, well he jumps of the balcony each time he wants to get outside and I live in an apartment at 2 stories high and each time it goes good and if he wants to come back inside to his home , he just goes scratching tha main door from the appartement or makes so much niose we come and get him ! LOL

Well we did not let him acces it first but then he even jumps from a higher spot like out of an open window, or when somebody comes in he uses the fire escape staircase and jumps off there it's his mission breaking out but also each time my cat comes back !
So not that much a problem i just think he's crazy I even wouldn't jump from how high I live here ! LOL 
I think your cat just wants so play I hate cats... dogs are so much better

Yeah...I like dogs better, but (trying to be politically correct) I won't say I "hate" cats...
Dogs are much less hassle, atleast not like the case of the tormented person above
