each ticket you get 2 numbers like
2,3
(3,2 is the same thing since the order dosen't matter)
you cant buy 2 tickets and get
1,1
1,2
1,3
1,4
2,2
2,3
2,4
3,3
3,4
4,4 cause that would be 10 ticketsso you can only buy a max of 10 tickets i will take it?
3-4 is a max

Don't try to EVER translate that into Dutch again. You can't speak Dutch, and the translation service you used sure can't either. I consider your post in the dutch section as spam.
