How can I get the email I added, (webmaster@edgaming.frihost.net), to work in my Outlook Express?

cPanel has this neat feature that allows it to generate an outlook(express) automatic configuration file. To obtain this file for an email account look on the "Manage/Add/Remove Accounts" under the Mail Manager and click on the "Outlook (Express) AutoConfig" link that is to the right of the email account you would like to configure and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you would like to do this manually, the SMTP and pop servers are mail.your-domain.frihost.net, your username is the email address you chose and the password is what you set.

If you do it manually, remember that the username is not webmaster but webmaster@edgaming.frihost.net.
