Search for the phrase "your favorite" and you will find a heck of a lot of results.

According to the Retired Admin , all these and many other posts are considered spam and will be locked or deleted

So is this rule going to be implemented.
Or is it going to be changed?

Then you can change the rules to make it "less strict"

Why use conflicting rules?

A lot of the topics you linked to (not all, I agree) were not from that forum.
