Is there any ad program that pays you with Pay Pal?

www.bidvertiser.com pay through paypal, they also pay you once you reach the minimum of 10 dollars, or more if you want.

it sez that the program is only through dec 31 2005, yet gives you a registration page! also going through CJ makes me wonder if there is something to it!
Is the bidvertiser safe? I mean, is not any hazard with regard to security? If it's ok, i'll give it a try.
Bidvertiser is great, the most i have gotten per click is $2.50!
