i need to buy an external DVD writer with firewire port. Can anyone recommend a brand and model for me? thank you.

if it can be done get a USB 2.0 model, firewire is dying, especially in its traditional bastion at apple.

I have a very fast external CD/DVD recorder by Samsung, since last summer.
It has double-layer recording and Iīm very happy with it.
