i am looking for some game to load in that.
can ya people help me to find some games?

You can't get games for an iPod unless you use non-apple firmware.

You could try either iPod Linux or Rockbox, but neither are recommended for a brand new iPod (because it may invalidate the warranty) or an inexperienced user.
