I've been spreading the word on that one myself for a couple of days. After looking up free templates and mostly ugly trash that no one could sell or stuff with way messed up code Open Source Wed Design was a breath of fresh air. Over a thousand templates in different styles, just about all of them XHTML/CSS valid, and it's not trash either. Looks to me like a lot of the designers are competing for bragging rights and to get the praise of the other designers.
If your looking for good FREE templates then you really shouldn't have to look any further.
It would be a great site if there were more people contributing.
