Can anyone design a flash page for me?

Hi, basically I want a Flash page with some good graphics that has the text written on it as follows:-

The background color should be black and text color you can choose yourself.

It should be a good design as the website will be of a Indian Sportperson.

I will be givng 30 FRIH$ to the winner.

There should be no watermarks or copyrights on the page.

It is in beta version, the final version is being made by me and my friends and i guarantee you that it will be thousand times better than this because we will be using Java, CSS , Flash in our website.
