I'm Aditya and I'm doing by BTech in Computer Science(currently in 3rd year). I had an idea about creating a website or rather a forum where students from all the colleges under the Indraprastha University (the univ my college in under) can contribute and share their semester resources related stuff like practical files, notes, syllabus, etc. Usually we have to run after our seniors for collecting these but since we can now have all that at a single place, nobody has to sweat anymore. Everything is just a click away. I launched the website a fortnight back at astahost.com(a free webhost) and the site recieved overwhelming response. I already have 273 members at the site and more than 1150 unique visitors till the time of writing this. There's also discussion forums and online chat feature which will attract users to the site. But the sad part is that astahost has strict posting rules and requires me to post regularly at their forums, which becomes a little too hectic. Especially combined with college studies and MBA preparation. I found frihost.com a few days back and they offer much more here and the posting rules also seem to be less strict. I would love to move my forums here as soon as possible.
