Actually, I suggested to Teenzine the idea of a runner up prize which would be custom designs ect...By a contracted person/group. Other than that, We may spin-off a Raffle since it wouldnt be considered a lottery in that case.What kind of stuff *REASONABLE) Do you think we should have as a runner up prize.
