If someone has time, I could use a tutor in web designing and developing. I have the basics of html and that's about it. Crying or Very sad

I'm not sure if someone would be willing to give up their time to tutor you for free... unless they're REALLY nice. Here's a couple of great tutorial websites that you can use to teach yourself though. Read through them carefully and make sure you fully understand a section before you move onto the next.

if you are learning dynamic web designing than you should go for php, it is the best of both world. go through online php manuals is the best way to lesrn it.

If all you have at this point is HTML (I hope that includes XHTML which isn't that big a leap) then I would suggest learning CSS before moving on the PHP since CSS is also handy for adding style to PHP. CSS is pretty easy with the only hard part being that not all browsers implement it the same way.

By the way I'm kinda scrambling to get the time to devolope my own site right now so I don't really have time to personally mentor you right now however, if you are stuck on something and don't know where to look you can PM me and I can offer you some suggestions on where to look for tutorials and such. It's usually just a Google search away.
