How do I get rid of 403 forbidden (site helper doesn't work).

Do you have an index page. This is mostlikely why. Make an index.htm(html, php,ect) and then you should have it.

I do have an Index page index.htm.
that is kind of strange. It is hard to say the problem without looking in DA. Sorry I could't help.

I'll try to get info from DA.
Make sure your permissions for index.htm is 644.

Read, write, execute permissions. Your FTP client should show them, set them to "644"
The files are chmoded correctly. They do however need to be in the public_html folder which doesn't seem to exist. Did you delete it
