I reactivated your account. Normally you should have received an email with an activation link.
is there a bug or something. Becuase when i did that it did the same to me. So is there a bug in phpbb2 or something?

If you change your email address, you need to confirm it again.
If something would be wrong with the mechanism then there would be much more requests to reactive it in here, I think.
I'll try to test it out myself.
