are you using any CMS? some php cms's have MODs to establish personalised error pages. try and search for those mod's.

509's are bandwidth ran out error pages...can i have a custom one?
humm.. never got that one (maybe thats because i haven't had time to really put my host to use in frih...).
In that case, i don't think it is possible, since the page would be presented by the hoster and not by your account. (so forget what i wrote b4)

You won't reach that limit with 100Mb a month.
And about the error page. I don't think we are able to change it, certainly not a different one for every user and I wouldn't like to display a custom error page to everyone else.
