There's not much I wouldn't do for one o those.
I went to the factory a couple of years ago, and it's since seeing the dedication and detailing which goes into the cars, you just fall in love with them. Plus they're ballistically fast.

There are several companies in the US, which sells AC Cobra Kits, for you to build them in your garage.

My favourite car name is BUGATTI.
Marques, my uncle has built one of these, i'm not sure if it's finished or not but it has a nice dark blue shell and 17" wheels, the interior is like a light blue, not something I would choose. How much would one of these kits set you back?

Would have to be a nissan Silvia S12 with a rb26dett or a 20b engine in. Man those 20b's push so much power 500bhp+ is pretty easy to get for not too much cash. The car would only weigh about 900kg's as well so would be very quick. Im just a retro guy and like the old cars heh

My dream car is a koenigsegg CCR. It looks beautiful, it's extremely fast, and extremely expensive. Of course, if I ever get one, it will not be stock for long. I'm also infatuated with lowriders and pimped out cars. My CCR would be given a reinforced chassis, bulletproofing, 22-inch chrome spinning rims, and the best hydraulic or air-pump system money can buy.
If we want to speak in actual terms, then my dream car would not be a car, but a hybrid. I would take a regular car and cut away as much as I want, and make a street-legal couchmobile. That would be awesome.

why would you modify a car that was prbly engineered by a multy-million dollar team of profesionals, the chasis is probly strong enough already, bulletproofing justs add weight, the suspention is probly way better then a gay air pump system, the only resonable thing is the rims(except for the spinning part) this car is state of the art and you wanna put ghetto nigga sh!t on it? wtf is wrong with you? stop playing need for speed, and watching pimp my ride, and do a little researche on real cars and not some piece of crap with a nice paint job...

my dream, qualitative that is, car is Mercedes 500 model.
As you've probably imagined, i like Mercedes because of it.... corect!!, quality! I would say that it's quality is qualitative, but that would be a low-quality tautology. So, I am not saying it.
The interior is very comfortable, the engine is very strong, and you can get it in a bulletproof version. So if someone wants to shoot you - you've got a quality defence there! Anyway, why would someone shoot at such a quality vehicle? What a shame that would be. Unless, the bullets are of considerable quality of course...

I like to be realistic in terms of what my 'dream car' would be. Sure, a Ferrari, Bugatti, Mercedes, or a Zonda would be nice, but their not my kinda thing. If I had to pick a car, I'd have to go with the Honda S2000. Sporty, practical, and easy to mod from what I've read.

lmao... I remember seeing a National Geo article on a factory producing those things, the ceiling was way too short, maybe 6feet, with support beams lower my guess was keep the workers bent over and working...

If you get an H3, put an H2 motor in it. V6's don't produce enough power.
My dream car. Mabye a really nice set up dodge stealth road track twin turbo. A 1991. With bigger turbos. Drift tires to. And it MUST be the 1 of 12 prototypes. We used to own one, GREAT CARS and they are SOOOO far ahead of there time with them. I think I'd rather a nice snowmobile than a car. The car would have to be really nice to.

My favourite car at the mo would be a '72 chrysler valiant pacer 4-spd. in faded gold, with patches of primer grey (may be four door, but the pacer got the same performance exhaust, suspention, brakes, tires and 265 hemi HP that came in the charger R/T)
Favorite car has to be the 67' Mustang GT Black. In fact the Mustang line of cars are my favorite, the are powerful, fast, and look awesome. I'm waiting to see the new Mustang that is coming out soon!

For me it's the old school Lamborghini Diablo. It may be outdated for a supercar (the original Diablo had manual windows xD), but it's still a beast, and gorgeous as hell.

Being environment friendly, I would like to get a Tesla Roadster. It is a fully electric sports car, with an equivalent mileage of a whooping 135mpg! Acceleration from 0-60mph in under 4 seconds and a max speed of 210 kmph!
My dream car at the moment is my 1903 curved dash oldsmobile as it is working fine , when it gives me trouble it may no longer be my dream car and i may just have to shift my loyalties somewhere else.

But I would take:
The Porsche 911 GT3 RS which is accually the 911 but with GT3 it'ds lighter and therefor faster and the RS is even more lighter and therefor also faster.

My dream car has always been the Chevrolet Monte Carlo. It has changed over the years from it's inception in 1970 (My favorite style). The 1973 model was the most different style. 1988 was kinda ugly, but I still liked it. The 2008 is really cool. It's a big safe car also.

Have to have to custom tubular control arms front and rear with a quick change rear, Brembo brakes all around, custom built frame narrowed in the rear to allow super fat rear tires under the body. Doug Nash 5 speed tranny, 455 custom built pontiac engine with the tri power (3 x 2bbl carb) set up. Custom dash, all the hot rod effects, flat firewall, painted hood and rame to match, something really cool wheel wise. All the suspension goodies to make it handle like a vette. Of course I'd have to build it, paint it cobalt blue with a black convertable top. It is my dream project as well as my dream car. Too bad money always gets in the way

Well I am a performance driven person so looks only matter to me to a certain extent. I would go for Nissan GTR, or a porsche careera GT. However if I F1 cars were road legal I would get one and drive it to work each day

Ever since I rented a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab, I've always wanted one, even though the interior aesthetics sort of annoyed me. But man... no one tailgated me on the freeway. It was magic.
Since I'm kind of a dorky Torchwood fan, I really want a black Range Rover. Can't remember exactly what model it is, but I would totally have blue LEDs on it.
To balance out all that gas-sucking, I still have Tesla posters on my walls, and I'm on the waiting list for the 2010 Phoenix SUT.
Then there's my retro side - that purple 1936 (?) Rolls cabriolet at the Blackhawk Auto Museum with the Swaroski swan hood ornament. I asked my CEO for that as a Christmas bonus. Too bad he thought I was joking.

- look like an ordinary saloon and not too flashy - something like a 7 series bmw or s class merc - not too flashy ferrari et al out as these are targets of highway patrol pedestrians scrathcing car when parked etc etc
- would be reasonably large but not too large (ie not a cadillac so i can park it) but large enough so that there is good boot space and 5 adults can comfortably ride
- v quiet engine
- top of the range sound system
- air con that works + sunroof (That doesn't leak)
- power everything and remote locking
- however not everything so electronic that the car can't be jump started if battery is flat (ie this rules out anything made in france)
- 0-100k in about 6-7 seconds will do - this is not uber fast but fast enough to be convenient
- top speed 200k+
- comfortable ride but able to corner decently without oversteer

Right now, for some unknown reason, I really have the desire for a 2004-2006 Pontiac GTO (Holden Monaro). Not really a dream car, but it's something I am strangley interested in right now. Just something about having a car that I view as lazy, comfortable, and great fun. I love how it drifts.
