this is good... but the problem is... it gota to be updated by hand.....
So... I have a few suggestions to make it AMAZING......

1st, it still look like the one I showed you, but more custmizeable
It show an RSS(or more than one) and/or a text file(or more than one, text file contain front caption, title and a link)
It shows only the front caption(like what's new, normally same as the RSS feed name... people configue their self)
when mouse move over the title, it will show part of the article of that title in an popout div(if it's an text, show part of the link, which is kind hard for me to image if the page is big...)... when mouse move out... it vanishes...

And That's will be REALLY Attractive...
if someone make an PHP backend... it will be more attractive(I might)

This can be achieved using PHP. You can use the XML parser functions to create a Javascript news ticker, in other words using PHP to general Javascript.

automatically updates whenever new items are added to a feed.
