I work with cleaning. Actually I got an education for it aswell, and there is
actually times I like it
The place I work is a school, but the downside is the hours. 12.30 - 22.00 every
day but fridays leaves little time for the family, so the situation is eating me
slowly. On the other hand I was unemployed a long time before I got this job,
and compared to that my situation has improved.
About the job in it self I must say, that it's in your mind if you can handle it.
If it isn't done, no one else can enjoy their jobs, since they don't enjoy the
place they do it in. So, actually, everyone thinks it's important that it get's done,
just as long as they doesn't have to do it!
Somehow, it's got low status, but I'd say it's up to yourself what you belive.
Like I said, everyone agrees it's important work...
Also, the freedom you get for the mind when doing it is hard to compete with.
You others out there, what's your opinion on this, and other 'low-status' works?
