I found this great deal on a hard drive on tigerdirect.com so I thought I would show it to you.
You can get a 160GB drive for $30 and it comes with some internet security stuff.

Tigerdirect has some other really good deals, too. You can get a 512MB SD car for $1.99- unfortunately I've lost the link to that one.

I can't stand rebates. I have only gotten one before from Tiger. Most of the time, I "don't meet the requirements" for the rebate... Whatever the hell that means...

i bought two of these same drives for a total of $100 a couple of months ago, they seem quiet, perform well, and are reliable.

The rebate is probably for US and Canada only, unfortunately companies are a-holes about rebate terms.

I got a 160 GB hard drive for $30 onThanksgiving at Best Buy! What's funny is, we got there at about 9:00 AM and they said they were all sold out, but after poking around some, I found two hidden in the back of the shelf!

ew, rebates....i try to avoid them if i can.

I just got a 120GB for 40 bucks for my media center PC that i just bought parts for, its on new egg and no rebates...its just that its PATA not SATA so its a little slower on the transfer side, but for what i need it to do it was fine.
