TV tuner for linux laptop

I am looking for a TV tuner to use in a laptop with linux, I have found some tv tuners but I would like to know if someone have can recomend me a tv tuner.

I want the tv tuner has PCMCIA interface or USB 2.
Like the AVerTV cardbus, but with linux drivers.

What kind are you looking for? Does it have to be HD or Non-HD is fine?
