Quilters? Anyone??

So I may be the only quilter I know under 25... Any others??? I LOVE quilting and sewing in general. If there is anyone out there who shares my joy, I'd love to hear from you! I'm very into color and modern quilts, not the typical grandmother styles (no offense to quilting grandmamas!). If anyone has pics of their quilts, I'd love to see those too! I know I'm a nerd, I can't help it Laughing

I went out...bought fabric....books....thread....and then...nothing LOL

It looks so beautiful and yet I cant seem to get started. The books make it sound so complicated, even those aimed at beginers.

There are classes near me, but at the moment I can't consider them.

Any tips for a complete beginer very welcome.

Do you have any pics of your completed work? I would love to see them.

Nice to see someone else keeping old crafts alive by bringing them up to date.
