I need a VERY simple php script

Sup, i have a site ( http://www.sk8te.uk.to ) that has video files. The front end is hosted on frihost , but the .flv video files are hosted on a home server (windows appache with php 4 ). I need a simple php script for server 2 ( video hoster) that will count all the .flv files in my directory. I need this script to be abble to scan sub-directories too. On top of that i need to figure out a way to display these stats on my frihosted site. (maybe a small i frame). You name the price, but i need the script asap!

I might be able to. Few quick questions:
Do you know what all the sub-directories names will be? Or will I have to make it see if they are directories.
