Parse error - need help

WebSiteGuru
After Server 2 had the problem with Websites hacked/defaced on Server 2
, and Bondings made some changes. I had follow instruction in the post to turn on registered_global here >>> http://www.frihost.com/forums/vt-34504.html.

But I am still getting this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/websiteg/domains/it-res.net/public_html/includes/config.php on line 87

Please help! Do I need to re-upload all my files again?

The code was still in there. I removed it now.

Thanks, Bondings. I still got another phase error. But I'll look it over tonight when I get home.
