Why do you want a flash site? Poor compatability, slow loading, annoying navigation, no bookmarks, no 'back' button, no opening link in new tabs and crappy visual effects that you can't turn off. Grow a spine and make a real man's website with WC3-compliant XHTML and CSS. It will look great, and have the added bonus of people not foaming at the mouth when they visit your site.
