I cannot access any page on that site. And i havent been able to for a couple years now. I have had the same IP address forever. It says it cant connect and it nots there but everyone else says it is. So am I like IP banned or something??

Can you connect to it using an anonymous surfing engine such as http://www.the-cloak.com ?

Try emailing the site owners and asking if and why you were banned. They might un-ban you, but there's nothing you can do other than that, I don't think.
