HTML question...

Hi,
I am working with Html on my site.
Now I want to create this thing:
It is a picture of a group of people (no major spaces between them, well no space), and I want that the picture will be B&W and when the cursur hovers above one person, only he, his body externals from the pic and becomes colory, and linky.

Now, I have tried to do it with slices in image ready, but I knows only how to create a rectangle slice, and I want each person to be extracted individualy...

I hope that someone here could help me...

BTW,
I know in flash it is posible and simple, thing is I don't know flash and I dont know someone who is good enough, so if you a flash knower, PLZ contact me...
