Does anyone know where I can sign up for those game ads? You know, those that say "Punch Osama!" and "spank the monkey!" I'm interested in these but I have no idea where to get them.

well these come from advertising networks and they also do not specify that they are going to provide game ads on your website or not. They just specify that you will be getting flash and multimedia ads on your site. here are links to advertising networks that provide flash ads.
