Another option would be going to www.baka-updates.com, search Naruto in the search box on the bottom right corner just above the donations box. Then all the torrent lists will come up. Dl them then enjoy!

If you want you can download Naruto episodes in RM format in http://www.narutocentral.com ... It's quick but lower quality. They only allow you to download if you are a member and only the latest 5 episodes can be downloaded. You also need RM player to play it.

I get all of my stuff from Naruto Chuushin http://www.narutochuushin.com they have like up to chapter 200 or something of the anime and up to chapter 304 in manga at this very second. I havent watched much of the show but i have read all 304 chapters that naruto chuushin has out right now. To me the original manga is a lot better than the show is some cases but as for the animation i would vote for the show b/c you just cant really tell much that is going on in the manga b/c there is no movement.

I used to like Dragonball Z but when I saw Naruto, I started watching it. It's actually a great show. I have all the episodes (I mean the one's that are out) and all the movies and I find it both interesting and funny.

By the way, the people that are looking for Naruto episodes, you can find the translated one http://yhbt.mine.nu/ (japanese but with subtitles). Oh and Itachi, there are currently 183 episodes out and 304 manga chapters out. This week they're going to show episode 184 and issue a 305 manga chapter.
