Hi, just yesterday my laptop charger (Lite-On PA-1900-05) decided to stop working and as a result my laptop is powerless. When plugged in the led on the charger no longer lights up and a small beeping noise is emitted from the charger. Can anyone help with any suggestions? Do I need a new charger?

I think you can borrow a same type laptop charger (Lite-On PA-1900-05) from your friend or pc sales,Then change it!

If there is no light on the power pack, then it is probably faulty. You can buy generic power packs that fit most laptops if yours is not covered by warranty. The gereric ones are often cheaper than manufacturer's originals.
