It's hard to pick just one. I go to about 6-7 sites regularly to check on things and a couple of message boards. Obviously, I come here every day, lest my post and point count go down....
I would say my favorite web address is www.google.com. Don't know what I would do without it.

There are a lot of favorite sites on my list. The most favorite would be the search engine google.com and yahoo.com. Anything I need to search, just search from there.
As far as search engines go, I'd rather use www.dogpile.com With it, I feel I have a better selection of what I'm searching for.

Okay, so they aren't my favorite sites, but they are interesting. I have already gotten in trouble with my site host for one of the links that I had here that changed hands after I listed it and was considered by some to be sexist. Of course the site was an all-female site, and no nudity, so I'm not sure why it was considered sexist. Kept waiting for someone to say Digg...most people are posting retarded search engines or crap that everyone knows about. A friend showed me digg a month or two back and it has been my homepage ever since - absolute best site for tech news. Only thing better is duggmirror.com.
Going with the trend of well known sites, some of my other favorites would be DeviantArt and Newegg, while http://www.coxandforkum.com/ has some great political cartoons.
