Problem with Cache

I'm working in a software company. I access internet through a proxy. The problem is when i update my website and then view it through my browser i still get the older version, even when i clear the cache, cookies etc etc...
Can anybody help...
One more thing is that my website http://www.abhinav.frih.net, when i access with www.abhinav.frih.net i get the old version.
But if i access it using http://abhinav.frih.net i get the update version.
Can anyone explain why ?

Try pressing Shift key when you press enter to to load the page..

It's possible that your ISP has cached the page. Try to connect via http://www.the-cloak.com - if this works, it's an issue with your ISP. Be patient and they will re-cache the file.

Connect through a different ISP.

Seriously, there isn't a way around it. You could use anonymizing websites such as the-cloak, but otherwise, you'll just need to be patient.
