Help! I need an HTML code that allows a visitor to my site to register to my site and have a little log-in page thing! Can someone PLEASE help me! And, it has to be free, you know, I'm poor!

If your looking for website tools or whois or even HTML coding software wether its for your home or buisness website for your personal or buisness computer why not do a search on it using one or any of the following:

www. Tucows .com
www. Wanadoo .co.uk
www. Google .com
www. Msn .com
www. Soft32 .com
www. Download .com
And if thats not enough to get you started why not try downloading one their free multiple software packages for both HTML and Java users they usually have on offer... you dont have to pay for everything you know... just look and you shall find what you looking for without having to pay a penny.

My opinion is to try to use a content management system like PostNuke or Drupal... these content management systems include many tools for the management of your users, your groups etc... etc...
And you can get these content management systems folowing the above links....
