Garbage on Context Menu (Flash Obj)

pansophia
I just downloaded a Flash object. When I right click on it, the context menu has all the regular options...plus some garbage-nonsense line (like a cartoon swear word). I'm very curious about what this is. It only shows up on the context menu for the .swf - no other file. I'm tempted to click, but I'm afraid it could be a virus.

Opinions? Advice?

Nevermind - I right-clicked on the menu item and recognized it as something related to a program I uninstalled...
