www.scrotum.be is a forum just starting, but already with +-1062 articles(as we speak) and 50 members (as we speak). We have started like a week ago and we're really eager to grow.
The language is English, and we talk about pretty much anything. Special to the forum is the big Warez-section, where you can request , for example, movies, CD's,....
