Pixel2life is quite simply an amazing site. Sort of easy on the eyes, and great for learning. It's got tutorials for all kinds of stuff including graphics (i learned most of my stuff there), HTML, Flash, etc. All are user submitted tutorials, which can lead you to their sites, which contain more tutorials by them.
