Arena.net promised they will keep adding features and contents. However I have always felt there are many important feature are still left behind. For example the Auction system, storage, templates, LFG system... are known for ages but yet to come.
Everytime someone asked arena.net they always reply with "yes we are working on it, or it is on our list".
I understand they have to work on 2 charapters a year. I do believe they are trying to deliever it but limited by other matters.
However I think arena.net really need set up a dedicated feature team and put enough people on it. Currently it seems there are plenty of people doing the contents but not enough people doing the features.
