You can install Blogger on your website as a blog tool simply by signing up on Blogger.com and setting up your Frih website for the blog (check the Advanced Setup section on Blogger).
I don't know if it works the same as other blog software, so I won't assume the installation procedure and give you generic details. If you like blogger though, try something similar (better?) at http://www.wordpress.org or http://www.nucleuscms.org.
