I discovered this last night and finding it very useful already for discovering new artists (especially so if you have *eh-hem* very specific tastes). You basicly type the name of an artist you like and it'll throw up many songs that you can stream (for free I may add) that are LIKE or SIMILAR to that specific artist and also some random songs from that artist. It's great to use for just a jukebox (you can upload if it relates to that artist) or just discover new artists and songs. I've heard some awesome-ness in the past hour that I've been using it. Things I would have only discovered mostly by chance and underground shout-outs.
