Best webpage contest win frih$!!!

I have seen this on other forums but have yet to see it on frihost. I am holding a contest to see who has made the best web page. Here are the rules:
1. The webpage must be hosted on frihost
2. This must be original work!! NO, you cant use pre made templates, you must make it your self!!
3. No under construction pages.
4. This is not a place to advertise your site, this is a contest, that means NO SPAMMING.

Judgeing:
The winner is based on these aspects

Site Originality, possible points:20

Dynamics (good uses of php, cgi, or java script, ect.), possible points: 10

Cause (Website content), possible points: 30

Neatness, possible points: 30

User friendly (good site navigation), possible points: 10
